Japan's Next Cabinet: Reformist, Bipartisan

TOKYO?When Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda unveils his new Cabinet as early as Monday, it's expected to be made up of ministers who will demonstrate his commitment to seeing through his divisive fiscal austerity steps.

The focus will be on who fills the shoes of Finance Minister Jun Azumi, who is leaving that job to assist Mr. Noda in maintaining party unity and winning opposition support on difficult fiscal-overhaul issues.
