It kind of makes sense. With a huge installed base, other software houses will continue to make software for the Wii, at least to some extent.Nintendo needs to make sure the Wii U takes off and picks up momentum. Putting all their resources into is sensible, because it won't sell without good games, and if it doesn't sell no one will make games for it.
