our feedback is 99.9percent, but that 0.1 percent keeps hoovering over.
please help: our reputation is at stake, the issues have been rectified long ago.
one thread is over 6 years old, and the other is approaching 3 years.
we have emailed the forum moderators to remove the threads, and they have not done so.
we have also emailed the author of each thread several times to kindly erase their posts.
both parties have either not replied back or decided against removal.
the statements that they have made although years ago, have a negative impact towards our small family business. financially and mentally.
both issues were solved and now we are just being bashed all over the internet.
how do we proceed. we have no choice but to sue.
please if anyone can help, this will go a long way.
this business is our bread and butter.
