Not every home has room for an office, and often times a home office means giving up room for another practical space. Creative director and filmmaker Garret Murray decided to turn his master bedroom into an office for him and his wife plus a space for guests, to put the large room to good use.
Aside from being a practical use of a bedroom, the workspace is really fun. It's easy enough to shove a desk and some equipment in a room and call it an office, but you want to create an environment that's fun to visit every day. Make the room attractive and you'll want to be there.
If you have a workspace of your own to show off, post them to #workspaceshowcase. Make sure any photos you include are at least 640x360. Keeping them to 16:9 helps, too! Include a little text about the stuff you used, how you came up with the design, and any other relevant details. If your clever organization and good design sense catches our eye, you might be the next featured workspace.
