I third what Perriquine has said. There is no option in this poll I can choose. The wording is a set up for an equivocal argument, and I'm not going to play like that.

What I can say is that voters/individuals do not have the right violate the U.S. Constitution through any state initiative process. Perhaps a better poll would have been "Did prop 8 violate the U.S. Constitution?" Your poll assumes no, therefore all the options assume no, and the numerous people on this forum who assume yes have no option to select. To put it bluntly--the poll is useless, and this thread is merely a duplicate.
