Denver, Colorado: Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., one of Colorados leading injury law firms, is pleased to announce the expansion of its personal injury and workers compensation departments with the addition of attorneys Nick Fogel and Marshall Fogel. The latter will join the firm as Special Counsel. Nick and Marshall Fogel are two of Colorados most experienced and accomplished workers compensation and personal injury lawyers, having successfully handled thousands of legal claims on behalf of injured public and private sector workers, organized labor union and association members.

Nick is the co-founder of the Young Professionals Division of the Colorado Judicial Institute, an organization whose goal is to preserve and enhance the independence and excellence of Colorado courts, with fellow Burg Simpson attorney Stephen J. Burg. Nick has also been named as a board member of the Friends of Denver Fire Department, an organization devoted to supporting the needs of the Denver Fire Department and Denver Firefighters.

In 2010, Nick was selected by Law Week Colorado as one of Colorados Up-and-Coming Lawyers, and more recently he was selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association for inclusion in The Top 40 under 40 Association.
