AT&T and Samsung have announced that the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update is now available for the AT&T-branded Galaxy Note and Galaxy S II Skyrocket. The updates are based on version 4.0.4, but stick with the old style TouchWiz 4 UI, so you'll have to dig a little deeper to find ICS-specific stuff. Nevertheless, both devices should enjoy a noticeable performance boost on the more recent version of Android.
The AT&T Note also gets a few extra treats along with its ICS update. As we covered in our hands-on preview a few days back, the Note ICS update is bundled with a new "premium suite", including an enhanced S Memo app, a new S Note app and My Story, a new multimedia postcard app.
The updates follow last week's AT&T Galaxy S II ICS release, meaning all of the carrier's S II-class devices have now been brought up to Android 4.0. To pick it up, you'll need to connect your phone to a PC and fire up the Samsung Kies desktop application.
If you like reading press releases, we've got one from Samsung after the break.
